Non Compliant Sex Offender Arrested and Charged

On March 22nd 2012, Investigators Cynthia Terrell and Kevin Stevens received information that Sammy Pitts, a convicted sex offender, had changed his address and failed to notify the Mississippi Sex Offender Registration. Chief Investigator Mike Mozingo and Investigators Terrell and Stevens located and arrested Pitts at a residence located on the Beat Four Shubuta Road on Friday, March 23rd 2012. Investigator Cynthia Terrell will present the case to the June 2012 Grand Jury.
