Tommy Jene Hutto, 61, of Reservoir Road in Waynesboro, was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday afternoon. Narcotics Agents Macy Torrey and Johnny Smith arrived at Hutto’s residence inside Maynor Creek Park to execute three arrest warrants obtained through various sell cases and investigations. Hutto is being charged with intent to sell methamphetamine while in possession of a firearm; possession of Hydrocodone; possession of Topentadol, two counts; enhancement of hydrocodone while in possession of a firearm; possession of less than one ounce of marijuana; and a misdemeanor charge of illegal possession of Xanax. Assisting with the arrest were deputies Jason Seeger, Wesley Waites and Cliff Milligan.
