Albert James Powe of 114 Myrtle Lane was charged with manufacturing of marijuana in his backyard. Wayne County Sheriff Jody Ashley along with chief deputy Mike Mozingo and WCSD Drug Investigators Macy Torrey and Johny Smith also assisted with the arrest. Powe (6/19/1958) also was charged with possession of less than ounce of spice.
Stance L. Walley of 2816 Eden Street in Pascagoula was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. His bond was set at $1,000.
