Thomas Shane Allen was arrested by WCSD deputy Kevin McDonald. He was charged with possession of crystal meth, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled illegal substance.
Kenosha D. Blakley of 40 St. Paul Church Road was charged with less than one onunce of marijuana, possession of a illegal controlled substance, disorderly conduct, DUI other, and illegal possession of beer in a dry county.
Zachary V. Willians of 24 Clara West Road was charged with possession of meth and also with possession of beer in a dry county by WCSD deptuy Preston Shedd.
