Richard Lee Chambers of 58 Howard Brothers Road was arrested by WCSD deputy Preston Shedd and charged with possession of meth with intent to distribute.
Chauncey L. Blackley of 8 Lancaster Road was arrested by WCSD deputy Preston Shedd and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell.
Kayla Lashon Powe of 2606 Blue Dirt Road of Silas was charged with no insurance, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and failure to yield for emergency vehicles.
