Ira Levan Lacey of 1519 Dogwood Road was charged with the sale of crystal meth by WCSD Drug Investigator Macy Torrey.
Thomas C. Cooley of 54 Bernice Walker Drive was charged with possession of crystal meth with intent by WCSD Drug Investigator Macy Torrey.
