Most Wanted Captured In Forrest County

On April 4th 2007, one of the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department’s Most Wanted was arrested in Forrest County during a traffic stop. Foster failed to appear for an October 2006 court date and a warrant was issued. Foster was entered into the NCIC and also placed on WCSO’s Most Wanted list in November 2006. A check of Foster’s driver license indicated that Foster was a fugitive. Foster remains in the Wayne County Adult Detention Center awaiting a new court date.
