Traffic Stop Nets Drug Arrest

Benjamin Allen Bonner was charged with possession of meth, oxycodone, Adderall and hydrocodone at a traffic stop on Highway 84 West in the Beat 4 Community on Sunday afternoon (1/17/2015) at 3:30 p.m. The arresting officer was Narcotics Investigator Johnny Smith of the Wayne County Sheriff Department. Newly elected Wayne County Sheriff Jody Ashley and his deputies are now a visible presence in the community in an effort to combat drugs and other crimes.
