Traffic Stop Results in Possession of Firearm By Convicted Felon Charge

Alfonzo Cardell Howze was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department on January 30th 2016 after a traffic stop. Narcotics Investigator Johnny Smith charged Howze with no seatbelt, possession of beer in a dry county, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
