Body found believed to be missing WC man

Wayne County Sheriff Jody Ashley believes a badly decomposed body found in Clarke County is a missing Wayne County man. Sheriff Ashley said officials believe the body is Patrick Sellers. He was reported missing by his family last August from his home in Wayne County. Ashley said a nearby man discovered the body and a wrecked car in a wooded area off County Road 621 in Clarke County Thursday night. Authorities said the body has been sent to Jackson for an autopsy to confirm the identity. An investigation is underway and Ashely believes the car and body have been at the accident point for several months.
