Charles Edward Simmons, III was charged with possession of paraphernalia and resisting arrest by WCSD Deputy Sheriff Mike Mozingo. Simmons resides at 104 Buck Pugh Road.
Tracy McDougle of 7 Clyde McDougle Road was arrested and charged with possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. WCSD Preston Shedd was the arresting officer.
