Thomas Ledger Cooley of 1003 Magnolia Road was charged with possession of meth. WCSD Investigator Macy Torrey was the arresting officer.
Shawn F. Richards of 605 Woodland Drive was charged with possession of paraphernalia, DUI and expired tag. WCSD deputy Jason Seeger was the arresting officer.
