Man Robbed On Holly Drive

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a robbery located on Holly Drive. Four black males appeared from the woods and approached the retired male resident sitting on his back porch. The four black males brandished firearms and took the victim’s wallet and made an attempt to enter the house. The victim was also assaulted. Sheriff Farrior, Deputies Tim Hollinghead, Michael Patton, and Investigators Mike Mozingo and Kevin Stevens responded.
Anyone that may have information related to this incident is asked to call the Wayne County Sheriff's Department at 735-3801 or Crime Stoppers at 735-LEAD (5323). You can also submit information online using our "Submit a Tip" form. A cash reward is being offered by Crime Stoppers for information leading to an arrest(s) in this case.
