Parker Charged With Grand Larceny

George Wayne Parker of Loper Road, Stateline, was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department September 26th 2007 and was charged with grand larceny. Parker was charged with allegedly stealing equipment from T. K. Stanley where Parker is employed. The break in the case came when a local business man purchased six binders and chains from Parker. Another employee of T. K. Stanley observed the items and reported it to the Sheriff’s Department. Sheriff Stein Farrior, & Investigators Mike Mozingo and Kevin Stevens participated in the investigation. Anyone that may have information related to this incident or may have purchased related items is asked to call the Wayne County Sheriff's Department at 735-3801. Wayne County Justice Court Judge Jane Hutto set Parker’s bond at $10,000.00.
