Most Wanted In Custody

An individual featured on the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department’s Most Wanted page since February 2009 has been captured in Memphis, Tn and is now in custody in the Wayne County Adult Detention Center. Marty Randolph Dearman was originally arrested for the burglary of PK’s grocery located on Hwy 84 West of the Beat Four Community. He made bond on the charge and then failed to return for court. Dearman was placed on the most wanted page and listed in the NCIC.
Dearman was arrested in Memphis, Tn on unrelated charges and the Tn authorities discovered that Dearman was a fugitive from Wayne County. Investigator Mike Mozingo and Chief Deputy Barnett transported Dearman back to Wayne County. Dearman remains in custody awaiting action of the Circuit Court.
