Domestic Dispute Leads To Methamphetamine Arrest

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department received a call reporting a domestic violence dispute on the LC Caves Drive at about 1100 hours Monday 11/23/2009. Deputies Charles Everett, Patrick Johnson, and Justin Wilson respond. Before arriving at the location, deputies received another call requesting that the deputies come to another location on Conrad Davis Drive and not to come to the initial location given.
Deputies arrived at both locations and secured the scene. Once the situation was under control, deputies learned that there was a meth lab located at the LC Caves Location. SMNTF was called to the scene. James Harold Hudson was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and manufacturing crystal methamphetamine. Hudson will appear before Wayne County Justice Court Judge Charles Britton Sr. at which time a bond will be considered.
